UK purchases:
If you live in the UK then you can take advantage of our UK ONLY P&P of:
Order total from £0.00 to £175.00 = P&P £4.99,
Order total over £175.00 to £350.00 = P&P £14.99,
Order total over £350.00 to £500.00 = P&P £24.99,
Order total over £500.00 and upwards = FREE P&P!

Delivery costs exclude glass items please contact us for a quote.

As long as your item/s are in stock they will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, or a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
In stock items will take 1-4 days to arrive once dispatched.
If an item is out of stock then delivery can take up to 14-21 days for delivery.

Please Note: Your parcel will require a signature upon delivery.

If an item is damaged in transit then please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of item.

Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item/s to us in their original condition, and in its original packaging, within 10 days of receipt for a refund. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge).

Important:
The cost of returning your parcel/s is your responsibility. We also recommend you get proof of postage.
