Online Purchase Returns
While we hope that you are always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions when you may want to return items. Please contact us by emailing: email@example.com or telephone us on: 01508 481888.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in Hydes being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Shop Purchase Returns
While we hope that you are always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions when you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it to the shop in its original packaging, within 28 days, and your goods will be exchanged or a credit note issued.
Credit Notes: All credit notes hold a 6 month period to use from date shown on note.
