Kitchen Update
If you are looking to give your kitchen a fresh, new look without changing the layout or removing the existing units, then a partial kitchen upgrade is a cost-effective solution worth considering.
For this particular project, we replaced the worktops and wall tiles to give this kitchen a renewed look.
The old oak worktops were stained, with visible signs of wear and tear, and required a high level of maintenance due to their natural wood composition. The client therefore wanted to move away from wood to a lower maintenance option.
Request A QuoteQuartz
Following discussions with our experienced team, the client chose a 30mm solid quartz in the colour ‘White Galaxy’.
Quartz is the hardest of the stone surfaces, making it highly durable and resistant to staining, scratching and accidental damage. The colour gives this kitchen a very clean feel and has helped to open up the room by giving it a larger appearance.
What’s more, this stone is very low maintenance and easy to clean, much to our client’s delight!
Tiling
In addition to replacing the worktops, we also stripped back and replaced all the wall tiles. The new tiles are bigger and much more modern; they complement the cabinetry and quartz counters beautifully.
