Bespoke Kitchen Upgrade
For this project, the client wanted to modernise a dated kitchen without the disruption of a full refurbishment. By carefully reworking the layout and updating key elements, we transformed the space into a stylish and practical kitchen that meets their needs.
We began by making a few layout adjustments to improve functionality. The freestanding oven was removed and replaced with a three-drawer hob unit, while the ovens were relocated into a tall housing unit to the left. To make storage more accessible, two of the double-door base units were replaced with three-drawer configurations, offering a better solution for everyday use.

All the existing facias were updated with solid ash doors, which were spray-painted in a soft off-white colour. This finish brightens the space, giving it a clean, timeless feel. The original terracotta tiles were screeded over and replaced with light oak Karndean flooring, which complements the cabinetry beautifully and adds a touch of warmth to the room.
To maximise the available storage, we included two Caracole units in the corner cabinets, allowing the client to make better use of these often tricky spaces.A Kitchen for Every Occasion
Pull-out bins and pull-out trays were also installed, adding convenience and practicality to the kitchen’s design.
The result is a refreshed kitchen that combines classic style with modern functionality. By retaining the existing layout where possible, the project minimised disruption while delivering a much-needed update. The client is delighted with the transformation, which not only looks stunning but also works beautifully for their everyday needs.
