When I initially contacted Neil to arrange a visit to discuss my thoughts about a new kitchen, he was very accommodating to when I could visit. He gave me lots of ideas when I didn’t have a clue. He made helpful suggestions. The process of choosing, buying, measuring and delivery was made really easy by Neil. He went over and above for my delivery date. We finally decided to remodel our kitchen , and to be honest we had no idea where to go. We visited several companies as you would. Hydes kitchens was one of four that we visited and I can say Neil made us feel so at ease with no pressure what so ever. In fact we gave him a budget and he came way under it and achieving all that we wanted. He explained to us in detail every step of the way. We are now left with an amazing functional kitchen . "From start to finish Neil and his team were nothing short of fantastic. High quality suppliers for our kitchen replacement and even went up and over what was expected. The levels of carpentry were fantastic to the point that Neil is coming back to assist with some further work on the house. "We chose Hyde Kitchen's because we wanted to use a local company. Their office/showroom is less than 3 miles from our home, but the partners live in our village. We had no timescale to do our kitchen refurbishment and we started the process 6 months before the work commenced. We had Neil help us in planning and designing the new layout. We wanted extra appliances, water softener and extra storage, and this was easily achieved. We started the project at the agreed start date , with excellent communication we knew what was going to happen and when. We finished the project on time. The finish of the work was excellent and we have achieved what we wanted, a stunning kitchen. There were minor hiccups but Neil and Scott delt with them quickly, one was a damaged door, damaged in transport and another was discontinued worktop. We were able to chose another worktop with the kitchen cabinets in stitu,so we we were able to choose something better. All in all, we highly recommend Hyde Kitchen's."
