We had a few bespoke bits we wanted to incorporate into the kitchen which the other big kitchen manufacturers couldn't accommodate but Neil added these to the design with no problems. Thank you Neil and your team for a great service , and kitchen. We spoke with Neil after visiting a view big kitchen showrooms, as we we didn't get a personal service with them, so we tried Hydes. From the start Neil made us feel very comfortable and confident that we would get a good professional service and product. He listed to our ideas and designed a kitchen perfect for us. He was very upfront at the start and asked us for a budget to help him design and know what materials to use, as we were disappointed and shocked by other quotes. Hydes supplied all plumbing , electrical and small building works as well so a one stop shop. I would highly recommend them.
"From the first to the last contact Hydes have been professional, helpful & friendly. They paid close attention to our requirements, explained the pros & cons of various options & provided effective solutions resulting in a fabulous kitchen. The management of the installation was smooth with a clear schedule of work, which was kept to. There were frequent updates & checks throughout the installation & all the tradesman involved were helpful, professional & left the area tidy. This included electrics, plastering, decorating, flooring and plumbing. Both the quality of the kitchen units and their workmanship are excellent. A new kitchen is never a cheap project and this was was no exception. However, Hydes quote was competitive and the quality of the service & advice at the planning & design stage was far superior to the other companies we had contacted, this continued throughout the installation.
